The Florida City and County Management Association is the professional association for over 700 City and County Managers, Assistant/Deputy Managers and Department Heads.
The 2025 Conference will be in Orlando May 28 - May 31, 2025. Conference historically has over 300 government attendees for training and networking.
Companies display and participate in exhibit hall events. Those include a Welcome Reception, breakfast, two breaks and a lunch. Set up happens prior to 4 pm on Wednesday. The hall is open that evening and through 3:30 pm on Thursday. Exhibitors breakdown and leave conference once the hall closes.
Companies can attend the full conference through a sponsorship with registration. Attendance includes all keynotes, breakout sessions and social functions Wednesday evening through Saturday breakfast. Social functions include multiple receptions & networking events, sit-down business lunch and the Friday night social.
Have a great story to tell? Up to four case-study sessions will be offered during conference on Thursday and Friday. Presentations require government partner participation.

In Florida, clerks are responsible for record keeping, record management and storage, notice of RFPs, citizen communication and website management, issuing licenses and permits, often payment processing. In many of our smaller cities, clerks also work with personnel and serve as the city’s administrator.
