Booths cost $1500 and include two badges for exhibit hall activities. 

Hall events include a Welcome Reception, breakfast, two breaks and a lunch. Set up happens prior to 4 pm on Wednesday (May 27). The hall is open that evening and through 3:30 pm on Thursday (May 28). Exhibitors breakdown and leave conference once the hall closes. 

Registration sponsorships begin at $1800 for one attendee. There is no registration option outside of sponsorship. 

Sponsoring representatives can attend all keynotes, breakout sessions and social functions (May 27-30). Social functions include multiple receptions & networking events, sit-down business lunch and the Friday night social. 

Customized sponsorships for multiple attendees or expanded brand recognition are available. Contact us. 

Have a great story to tell? Up to four case-study sessions are presented on Thursday (May 28) or Friday (May 29).

Application due by January 9, 2026. 

Selected companies are required to become sponsors. Sponsorship includes the session, recognition, and one conference registration. All specifics are available below in the application. 

The FCCMA Membership Directory is published in the early fall. All members and advertisers receive a copy with Fall distribution.
