Florida Association of City Clerks Corp. Participation

The Florida Association of City Clerks has over 550 City Clerk and Deputy Clerk Members from around Florida. 

2027 Sign up will open in March. 

The 2027 conference will be in St. Petersburg, July 26 & 27. 

Booths include two badges and cost $1000. 

Sponsorships with additional badges and access or recognition are also available. Some include premier booth locations and FACC sending an article you write to our members. 

Historical clerk attendance is around 195. 

While the 2027 prospectus is not available yet, please see the 2026 one below. We do not expect significant changes to offerings. Additional details will be shared as available. 

In Florida,  clerks are responsible for record keeping, record management and storage, notice of RFPs, citizen communication and website management, issuing licenses and permits, often payment processing. In many of our smaller cities, clerks also work with personnel and serve as the city’s administrator.
