Florida Association of City Clerks Corp. Participation

The Florida Association of City Clerks has over 550 City Clerk and Deputy Clerk Members from around Florida.

The 2026 conference will be in Fort Myers, June 8 & 9. Booths cost $1,000 and include two badges. Sponsorships with additional badges begin at $1,000. Some include premier booth locations and FACC sending an article you write to our members. Historical clerk attendance is 210. 

In Florida,  clerks are responsible for record keeping, record management and storage, notice of RFPs, citizen communication and website management, issuing licenses and permits, often payment processing. In many of our smaller cities, clerks also work with personnel and serve as the city’s administrator.
